Gus’s Nursery

by Leslie on July 25, 2012

The baby’s room is complete! Woot woot! The curtains finally arrived. I hemmed them, hung them, and now it’s all done! You may remember the before pictures of the tiny nook off our bedroom we’re using for his room and my initial inspiration board. I’ve shared our projects along the way: painting the crib, hanging wallpaper, flea market finds including the rocking chair we reupholstered. Now I thought I’d share pictures of the room with everything finished. Actually, I’m lying. There’s one more thing I’m still working on. I’m only about 1/3 of the way through knitting that hudson bay inspired blanket, but at this rate it’s not going to be done before he’s 3, so let’s pretend that one doesn’t count and please remind me in the future, I’m not a knitter…

So perfect. Can’t wait to see this kid. :) Can’t believe you have a nifty little pool right near now, too.

Gus is going to one happy little dude when he sees his new home! We are getting anxious for his arrival and look forward to seeing him, as well as you and Jolian, in September.
