Wall Gardens

by Leslie on July 19, 2012

The New York Times featured an article last week on decorating a tiny apartment and included a picture of a wall garden like the ones shown above and below by Woolly Pocket. Aren’t they gorgeous? These felt planters are sold in the following sizes: mini, one, three, or five pockets and are stackable so you can create the perfect shaped wall garden for your space. They allow you to have plants without taking up any valuable floor space, while at the same time creating a dramatic look for your wall. If you’re dreaming of gardening outdoors but only have a small balcony or fire escape, this is the perfect solution. They can be used indoors or outdoors. I’d love to use a few of the mini pockets to create a little herb garden on my kitchen wall. They start at $18.
