Have leftover berries from the gazpacho? Perfect. Pile ‘em up in an ice tray (I used one that makes big, square cubes, but any will do), cover with water, and freeze. They’ll add a little red and blue to whatever you’re drinking on the 4th and you’ll be left with delicious berries in your glass as they melt. Yum! Hope you all have a wonderful July 4th tomorrow!
