My sister had been looking for a new runner for her kitchen table but was having trouble finding what she wanted. Rather than continuing the search, she asked if I would make her one. We found this pretty ikat fabric on etsy and I was able to cut and sew it to her exact dimensions in under an hour. My kind of craft project. I brought the finished product down with me to Austin. It looks so good on her table, don’t you think? It was such a quick and easy project and allowed Kari to get the perfect runner for her table. Not to mention, I have enough fabric left over to make her two back-up runners. A necessity for a household with two syrup and paint loving toddlers.
PS/ How great is her gurgling cod water pitcher? I want one!
